ZEPHYR LIVING RETURNS POLICY

At Zephyr Living we really want you to love your purchase. Every item is checked thoroughly before it is posted out to you. If you have any questions about an item please email us at info@zephyrliving.shop or via the contact form page and we will be more than happy to help out in choosing the perfect item for you.

FAULTY ITEMS

Full refunds apply only to items deemed faulty. At the customers choice, Zephyr Living will provide an exchange or a refund. All associated packaging and postage costs for faulty items will be absorbed by Zephyr Living.

CHANGE OF MIND, NOT SUITABLE OR INCORRECT SIZE

For change of mind, product that is not suitable or for incorrect size purchases we are happy to offer a 14 day exchange for a store credit. Each of the following criteria must be met:

  • Full priced items only. We do not offer exchanges or store credits on SALE items. Please chose carefully.
  • 14 days begins from date of the receipt
  • The items must be unworn, unused and unwashed condition. (Shoes must be tried inside won carpeted surface).
  • Items must have original tags attached and in original packaging. Items not received in their original state will be automatically returned to the customer.
  • For hygienic purposes earrings, bathers, lingerie, hair accessories, tights & stockings may not be returned.
  • Artwork may not be refunded for change of mind.

 

RETURNS PROCESS

To ensure smooth processing, all returns must first be notified for approval via info@zephyrliving.shop

Store credit coupon will be granted minus the original shipping cost unless item qualified as part of free shipping offer. Zephyr Living is not responsible for any duty reimbursements for International Shipping items. Once we’ve received the returned goods and noted the condition is the same as when it was origionally sent, we’ll email you a store credit coupon. You can go shopping again online to choose something to the same or greater value as per a normal sale.

Ensure your return is securely packaged with both Zephyr Living and your sender address clearly displayed on the outside of the parcel.

Zephyr Living is not accountable for returned goods that have gone missing or are returned damaged. We recommend getting a tracking number for your own peace of mind.

We do not offer store credit coupons on SALE items. Please chose carefully.

Store credit coupons on purchases originally made using a discount code/voucher will be adjusted accordingly with these discounts.
