SHIPPING DETAILS

Orders are available for Australia and New Zealand only.  Generally, items are shipped via Australia Post however sometimes other carriers may be used.  Sometimes orders may be shipped from different warehouses and hence if you have multiple items in your order then you may receive it fragmented. This generally applies to furniture, artwork, some home ware and jewellery.

On orders of $100 or more in Australia.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Shipping within Australia is FREE for item purchases $100 and over. Purchases under $100 incur a flat rate shipping fee of $9. For most items, we usually use STANDARD Australia Post Service which takes up to 6 business days for delivery. For faster delivery there is Express shipping option available at higher charge. Various other delivery services are used for artwork and furniture items.  From time to time we may use different carriers depending on the product.

Domestic Tracking

When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track parcels in the following ways:

  • For orders with Australia – contact Australia Post Customer Help & Support at 13 76 78 or tracking in Australia click here.
  • If you have not received your purchase after 10 working days and your order is not a pre order item then please contact us at info@zephyrliving.shop.com so we can track your order.

Zephyr Living is not responsible for any logistical delays by shipping companies or delays from unusual weather conditions.

Flat rate STANDARD shipping $9

Flat rate EXPRESS shipping $15

NEW ZEALAND SHIPPING

A flat rate fee of $30 is applied for New Zealand orders (excluding artwork and furniture). Australia Post is used for NZ orders which takes approximately 6 days plus order processing of 1-2 days. When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track parcels in the following ways:

  • If you have not received your purchase after 15 working days and your order is not a pre order item then please contact us at info@zephyrliving.shop.com so we can track your order.

Zephyr Living is not responsible for any custom clearance and import duty charges. We highly recommend you contact your local customs duties office for information.

Zephyr Living is not responsible for any delays from customs clearance processing,  logistical companies or unusual weather conditions.

 

PROCESSING OF ORDERS

We process orders within 1-2 business days of making your purchase. Orders are packed and posted from Monday to Saturday noon. The delivery services are limited on weekends and public holidays so please account for this when placing your order. We will provide you with a tracking number via email once we have shipped your order to you.

 

PRE-ORDERS

All items on Pre-sale are given an estimated delivery to us. All estimated shipment dates are estimates only and may arrive sooner or later than this date depending on a variety of factors beyond our control. We will notify you via email if your order item is being delayed.

When purchasing multiple items with a ‘pre-order’ item, your entire order will be shipped when the ‘pre-order’ item becomes available. If you wish to separate the order and receive the available item before the pre-sale item is delivered, you need to purchase the items separately.
